Which format fits?
Buffet trays
Trays of the selected package's contents are set out on a table and guests build their own plate. Shared trays include only what the chosen package lists — Classic, for example, does not include salad. You need a table long enough for the trays and someone to lay them out, so this format suits a group eating together in one space.
Individually packed meals
Each guest gets a sealed meal. Nothing to set up, easy to label for dietary needs, and simple to hold if people are arriving at different times or eating at their desks. This suits meetings running to a fixed agenda, staggered breaks and teams spread across floors, where the selected menu supports individual packaging. Individual chicken shawarma or falafel wraps are available from $9.95 each with a minimum of 10.
