Buffet trays
Trays of mains, rice, salad and sides are set out on a table and guests build their own plate. For 20 to 30 people this is normally faster than handing out boxes, and offering two mains cuts leftovers because people take what they actually want. You need a table long enough for the trays and someone to lay them out.
Individually packed meals
Each guest gets a sealed meal. Nothing to set up, easy to label for dietary needs, and simple to hold if people are arriving at different times or eating at their desks. This suits meetings running to a fixed agenda and teams spread across floors. Individual chicken shawarma or falafel wraps are available from $9.95 each with a minimum of 10.

What counts as a small group order?
Roughly 10 to 30 guests. Most catering menus have a 10-guest minimum, and smaller requests can still be submitted and are reviewed individually.
How much does catering for 10 to 30 guests cost?
Mediterranean packages start at $9.95 per person and Saj & Salsa laffa catering starts at $11.95 per person. Delivery and tax are extra, and the final total is confirmed by a person before the order goes ahead.
Buffet or individually packed for a group this size?
Under about 20 guests, individually packed meals are usually quicker to hand out and need no setup. Between 20 and 30, a shared buffet tends to be faster and gives people more choice, as long as there is table space.
Can dietary needs be covered in a small order?
Yes. Send vegetarian, halal-tagged and allergy-related needs with the headcount so they are planned into the order rather than added afterwards. Halal-tagged menus are currently available through Mediterranean Original Shawarma.
How does delivery work for a small order?
Delivery is measured from Eastgate Square Mall in Hamilton: $25 within 10 km, $35 over 10 km and up to 20 km, and a custom quote beyond 20 km. Tell us the entrance, floor and the time food should be on the table.
