Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Catering is prepared specifically for each confirmed order. Changes and cancellations are easiest to accommodate before food preparation and purchasing begin.
Before confirmation
A catering request may be changed or withdrawn at any time before the order is confirmed.
After confirmation
Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us promptly if your plans change. Any cancellation conditions and refund eligibility will be explained with your order confirmation before payment.
Order changes
Small changes to headcount can be arranged after your order is confirmed. Contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm the revised quantities and total. Changes to menu selection, dietary needs, delivery time or location are subject to availability.
