Before confirmation

A catering request may be changed or withdrawn at any time before the order is confirmed.

After confirmation

Cancellation and refund terms will be provided with the final order confirmation before payment. Larger events, special purchases and short-notice orders may have different cancellation requirements.

Order changes

Changes to guest count, menu selection, dietary needs, delivery time or location are subject to availability. Contact CaterHarbor as early as possible when something changes.
