How much food should I order for a 20- or 30-person birthday?
Begin with 20 or 30 agreed full-meal portions. For 20 people including four dietary meals, request 16 regular and four suitable dietary portions, not 24 meals. Confirm tray yields and quantities with the caterer. See the guest-count planning guide for 20, 50 or 100 guests. Plan portions for your guest count.
Should a family party use trays or wraps?
Choose trays when guests eat together with a serving table; wraps when easier handout or staggered arrivals matter. Either format can suit 20 or 30 guests. Do not assume wraps include shared-package sides.
Are delivery, setup and serving supplies included?
This is delivery-only catering. Delivery is $25 within 10 km of Eastgate Square Mall, $35 over 10 km and up to 20 km, and a custom quote beyond 20 km. Taxes are extra. Setup, staffing and equipment are quoted separately. A dining kit is $0.99/person and includes a plate, disposable cutlery and napkin. Serving spoons and/or tongs are $4.95/order, confirmed for the order.
Can dietary guests join a small birthday order?
Count dietary meals within the total. Confirmed vegan options are falafel wraps or quoted falafel platters with hummus, tahini and hot sauce. Confirm ingredients and preparation; no allergy-safety guarantee.
Can I order just ten wraps?
Yes. Chicken or falafel wraps are $9.95 each, minimum 10. Ten wraps cost $99.50 food before delivery, tax and extras; this valid order does not meet the $150 food welcome-gift threshold.
