Saj & Salsa combines shawarma-style fillings with Mexican-inspired toppings, sauces and heat choices. The three formats solve different planning needs: laffa wraps are easy to distribute, rice bowls provide a more substantial base, and salad bowls offer a greens-based alternative. Each format has the menu choices shown above, and final quantities and availability are confirmed after the request is reviewed.
Starting at $11.95 per person, laffa wraps work well when guests need a handheld meal. They suit office lunches, meetings, casual parties and other groups where quick distribution matters.
Starting at $14.95 per person, rice bowls keep the components together in an individual format. They can be practical for desk lunches, training days or gatherings without a shared serving table.
Also starting at $14.95 per person, salad bowls use a greens base with the selected filling and available toppings. Confirm ingredient and dietary questions before finalizing the order.
For an office lunch or meeting, decide first whether guests will eat at one time or pick up meals around a schedule. Laffa wraps are compact and easy to hand out.
