Office catering delivery is available across Hamilton and Stoney Creek, including Burlington and Grimsby, subject to availability for the address. Office buildings vary, so let us know the reception process, the floor, whether there is elevator or loading-dock access, where the driver should park and the exact time food should be on the table. Delivery is distance-based from Eastgate Square Mall in Hamilton: $25 within 10 km, $35 over 10 km and up to 20 km, custom quote beyond 20 km. Taxes are extra. What does office catering cost, and what is included?
Mediterranean Classic is $9.95/person and includes Chicken shawarma, seasoned rice, garlic potatoes and garlic sauce. Other package choices remain as published. Planning example: 20 Classic portions = $199.00 food + $25.00 delivery for an address within 10 km of Eastgate Square Mall = $224.00 before tax, optional extras and any eligible offer. How much notice do you need for office catering?
Please allow at least 12 hours for standard catering orders. Small orders may be possible with as little as 4 hours' notice, depending on the menu, headcount and delivery availability. Send your requirements and we'll confirm what we can arrange.
Should we order buffet trays or individual meals?
Buffet trays suit teams eating together at a shared table; individual meals suit desk lunches, fixed meeting agendas or staggered breaks. Eligible individually packed meals are +$0.99/person, including requested name, department or dietary labels. Disposable dining kits are a separate $0.99/person. We confirm compatibility with the chosen menu; the packaging charge does not automatically apply to wraps.
Is there a minimum order for office catering?
Most catering menus have a 10-guest minimum. Smaller requests can still be submitted and are reviewed individually. Individual chicken shawarma or falafel wraps require at least 10 wraps. The $150 food subtotal is the complimentary 10-piece baklawa welcome-box eligibility threshold, not a general minimum order.
How much food should we order for a team?
Start with one portion per guest. Share the event length, whether it is a full meal and dietary counts so we can confirm quantities before finalizing. Plan catering quantities for your group.
How does delivery to an office building work?
We serve Hamilton and nearby areas, including Burlington and Grimsby, subject to availability for your address. Delivery is $25 within 10 km of Eastgate Square Mall, $35 over 10 km and up to 20 km, and a custom quote beyond 20 km. Taxes are extra. Send the desired serving time, reception and floor details, parking, loading or elevator instructions and an onsite contact.
Can dietary needs be coordinated for a team?

Yes. We can plan weekly meals with different menus and participating caterers to suit your team's preferences, budget and dietary needs. Chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, beef kebab and falafel are just examples of menu rotation. You can choose other available menus and rotate participating caterers too. Share your schedule and guest count, and we'll confirm the menu, availability and pricing for each order.
Can we change the guest count after confirmation?
Small changes to headcount can be arranged after your order is confirmed. Contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm the revised quantities and total.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us promptly if your plans change. Any cancellation conditions and refund eligibility will be explained with your order confirmation before payment. Read cancellation, changes and refund terms.
