Customers with allergies, celiac disease or medically important dietary restrictions must clearly identify them when requesting catering. CaterHarbor and the selected caterer will confirm what can reasonably be accommodated before the order is finalized.

Labels and cross-contact

Menu labels such as vegetarian, vegan or halal describe the intended ingredients or preparation. They are not a guarantee against cross-contact. No order should be treated as allergy-safe unless that accommodation is specifically confirmed in writing.

Before serving

Keep any supplied labels with the correct meals and tell guests to confirm uncertain ingredients before eating. If a requirement cannot be accommodated confidently, CaterHarbor may recommend a different selection or decline that part of the request.
