How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate caterers and delivery, communicate about an order, verify reviews, prevent abuse, and operate and improve CaterHarbor.
When information is shared
Order information may be shared with the selected caterer and relevant service providers only as needed to fulfill the request. Review photos remain private unless the associated review is manually verified for publication.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored securely for as long as reasonably needed to coordinate service, maintain business records, resolve questions and prevent misuse. Access is limited to authorized service operations.

You may contact CaterHarbor to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to legal or operational recordkeeping requirements.
