Before you order

Planning and confirmation.

Advance notice

We recommend placing standard catering requests at least 24 hours in advance. Larger events and weddings should ideally be requested 72 hours or more in advance. Short-notice requests may still be possible and are subject to availability.

Order confirmation

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an order. CaterHarbor confirms menu availability, final pricing, delivery timing and any special requirements before the order becomes final.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided after your order is confirmed. CaterHarbor does not currently collect payment through this website.

Minimums

Most CaterHarbor catering menus require a minimum order for 10 guests. Smaller requests may still be submitted for a custom quote and will be reviewed individually. Individual chicken shawarma or falafel wraps require a minimum of 10 wraps.
