Delivery distance is calculated from Eastgate Square Mall in Hamilton to the customer’s delivery address. We confirm the applicable fee before the order is finalized.
Delivery is available across Hamilton and nearby communities including Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Burlington and Grimsby, with the applicable distance-based fee confirmed for the delivery address.

Advance notice
Please allow at least 12 hours for standard catering orders. Small orders may be possible with as little as 4 hours' notice, depending on the menu, headcount and delivery availability. Send your requirements and we'll confirm what we can arrange. For larger events and weddings, earlier planning is encouraged.
Order confirmation
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an order. CaterHarbor confirms menu availability, final pricing, delivery timing and any special requirements before the order becomes final.
Payment
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a payment link so you can pay online.
Minimums
Most CaterHarbor catering menus require a minimum order for 10 guests. Smaller requests may still be submitted for a custom quote and will be reviewed individually. Individual chicken shawarma or falafel wraps require a minimum of 10 wraps.

Delivery distance is calculated from Eastgate Square Mall in Hamilton to the customer’s delivery address. Delivery within 10 km is $25, over 10 km and up to 20 km is $35, and beyond 20 km requires a custom quote.
