Saj & Salsa — Laffa Catering from $11.95/person, Rice Bowl Catering from $14.95/person, Salad Bowl Catering from $14.95/person; premium protein upgrade +$2/person. Delivery is $25 within 10 km of Eastgate Square Mall, $35 over 10 km and up to 20 km, and a custom quote beyond 20 km. Taxes are extra. Start with one portion per guest; 40 Classic portions have a $398.00 food subtotal before delivery, tax and extras. Quantities and format are confirmed for your event.
What are the minimums and how do I request a quote?
Most catering menus have a 10-guest minimum. Smaller requests can still be submitted and are reviewed individually. Individual chicken or falafel wraps require 10 wraps ($99.50 food). This valid order does not qualify for the $150 welcome gift. Send your event date, serving time, headcount, delivery address, meal format and dietary needs. A person confirms availability and details before payment.
How much notice do you need?
Please allow at least 12 hours for standard catering. Some small orders may be possible with 4 hours' notice depending on menu, headcount and delivery availability. Earlier planning is encouraged for larger events.
Can I request dietary options or individual meals?
Individually packed meals are available where the selected menu supports them. Vegetarian options and Mediterranean Original Shawarma's halal-tagged menu can support mixed groups. Confirmed vegan choices are falafel wraps or quoted platters with hummus, tahini and hot sauce. Count dietary meals within your total; share allergies and ingredients for confirmation before finalizing. No allergy-safe guarantee.
