Delivery, tax & minimums
Most catering menus have a 10-guest minimum. Smaller requests can still be submitted and are reviewed individually. Estimated delivery is $25–$40, finalized based on delivery time and location. Beyond 20 km from Eastgate Square Mall, delivery requires a custom quote. Estimates are subject to confirmation; Ontario HST is 13% on food, selected taxable extras and delivery. Other extras and custom quotes excluded. Availability confirmed personally before payment. The welcome gift never changes estimates. Pricing & delivery.

Office lunches, church fellowship meals and private parties can use shared trays or compatible packed meals. Tell us the date, serving time, delivery address and access instructions. Where do you deliver holiday catering?
Drop-off catering serves Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Burlington, Grimsby and nearby communities, subject to your date and address. Estimated delivery is $25–$40, finalized for time and location; addresses beyond 20 km from Eastgate Square Mall need a custom quote.
How much notice and how many guests?
Most menus start at 10 guests; smaller requests are reviewed individually. Standard catering needs at least 12 hours’ notice. Small orders may be possible with 4 hours depending on menu, headcount and delivery availability. Plan larger holiday gatherings early; your request is not a confirmed booking.
Can we choose packed meals or dietary options?
Compatible individually packed meals add $1.99/person once. Choose any of the five included mains at the selected tier price. Share dietary portions within your total and allergies for ingredient confirmation; a falafel main does not make every package side vegan or allergy-safe.
How do I confirm my holiday delivery?
Send your preferred holiday date, delivery time, address and guest count. We confirm the menu, delivery time, availability and final price personally before sending a payment link. This is drop-off food catering, not venue rental or staffed event service.
